Does your period change as you get older? why? mine has gotten heavier over the past few years. it used to be super light. it fills about a third of a diva cup and is dark red at first, brown at end. tests/ scans to test for abnormalities all clear?

Mid-30's period ?'s: If not on oral bcp's, at 34 there is a significant increase in thickness of the uterine lining, since it takes more stimulation to make ovulation occur, with consequent higher estrogen levels. Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral bcp's , as this will stop all ovarian estrogen production, which will decrease all menstrual symptoms including heavy bleeding.
