Maybe: Urine pregnancy tests are more often falsely negative than falsely positive. Testing a diluted specimen or very early in the process is more likely to be false negative. The first morning urine is the most likely to produce a valid result. You can always test again later. Some normal women do skip a cycle occasionally.
