What does it mean if im having sharp shooting pains from the bottom of my belly that travel up near my chest and to my back as well? almost 34 weeks pregnant, they happen once even blue moon but im pretty sure these arent braxton hicks?

Dr evaluation : This type of pain might be nothing serious but definitely report it to Dr who will want to check baby’s heartbeat & your vital signs & examine abdomen & lungs & possibly check a urine specimen & other lab work to be sure nothing more serious such as appendicitis, urinary tract infection, gallbladder problem, pneumonia, etc.
