Pregnancy/pain: 23 yo female at 11 weeks gestation with complaint of pelvic pain. Since you are still in the first trimester, it is imperative to confirm the date and location of this pregnancy with pelvic ultrasound. Once the location is confirmed, it is most likely that the pain is coming from the stretching of your round ligament as your womb continues to grow.
