Evaluation: Many patients in early pregnancy complain of cramping. You should schedule a visit to make sure all is normal. Establishing prenatal care is important to help guide you through this scary time.

Pain: This kind of sounds like gas pain, which is common in pregnant and non pregnant patients. It could also be heartburn.

Contact doctor: You should be under the care of a doctor for the sake of your and your baby's health. If you do not have a doctor contact planned parenthood as they provide support for pregnancies (not just abortions). It is not likely to be serious but you should get ante-natal care.
