Jock itch: Jock itch is a fungal infection, easily treated with over-the-counter products: look in the pharmacy section that has products for athlete's foot (or ask pharmacist's advice). However, there are other conditions, such as the bacterial infection erythrasma that are similar but often more severe. Try an anti-fungal jock-itch product, but see a doctor if it doesn't work; maybe need antibiotic.
