Fell on right hip. 2 days later shingles broke out from crack all over right buttock. 2 weeks old now and have bad numbness on right buttock, scrotum, both feet and anus. some numbness on back of right leg. will this go away or see neurology ?

See doc: Either your primary care doc or neurology if already involved. It is likely that you developed postherpetic neuralgia that may associate severe pain and aside from other possible conditions. The doc who diagnosed you with shingles will be best to further assess.
