This not an appropriate problem for a video consult. You must see an in-person provider, preferably an optometrist or ophthalmologist, for an examination with proper equipment, light, magnification, etc. in an attempt to accurately identify the problem and make a diagnosis. Then appropriate treatment can be recommended.
