How many days does it take for the white discharge for your vaginal to go away? I just finished my treatment fof BV I was using metronidazole gel.
I was tested positive for my first bv and was given a 5 days treatment of metrogel. A few days after the treatment, I noticed a cottage cheese like discharge. Now I'm given a diflucan and 7 days metronidazole pills. Is dark urine the side effect?
I've just had metronidazole as treatment for BV, but now I've got a lot of yellow discharge, very slight odour and itching. I've not had sexual intercourse since i was tested and came back as BV. Can it be thrush? Do i need to call my gp AGAIN?
I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis about 2 years ago. I've taken doxycycline first then metronidazole. Doxycycline reduced discharge but it came back after sometime. Metronidazole-no effects. I'd like to know if there's alternative treatment?
Is clindamycin a good treatment for bacterial vaginosis? I reacted badly to metronidazole and the doctors prescribed this one.
