Unclear question: Are you nipples too big or too small? Too small should not be an issue. If the nipples are large these would be amenable to surgical correction if the cosmetic issue is worth the cost. Consulting a plastic surgeon may be helpful. Wish you good health!

Size: Constitutional traits may result in anatomical differences from one individual to another. Unless the observed changes interfere with activities of daily living or creating symptoms it comes down to mentally adjusting to anatomic changes, otherwise variants of normal.
