Anxiety meds?: I never recommed meds for anxiety without talking to and examining a patient But I can recommend you go to TM.org and see if you can find a local TM instructor to help with anxiety. Works very well in some. Only way to know if it will help you is to give it a try. Discuss with your med team at home.

Anxiety: Before prescriptions a good medical evaluation will be needed. At your age efforts should be made towards limiting chemical load at a minimum and in case needed behavioral therapies should be tried first. Talk to your doc about a visit and keep a log of your symptoms and circumstances they appear in.

Maybe/not here: This is a public information site staffed by volunteer docs who answer questions based on data you post. It does not offer scripts/notes/referrals or other direct care. Many "anxiety" drugs are monitored by the feds. Any doc who prescribes to patients they have not evaluated can loose or have their license & permit to use scheduled drugs revoked. Contact the doc who treats you & ask them.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
