Radiograph: A chest image can not confirm inflammation which is a cellular occurrence. The CXR has findings which may be related to inflammation or infection. More details would be helpful. The image findings should be correlated to your symptoms. Inquire about your TB testing status, lymph node exam and appearance on the chest image.
