A member asked:

I have been having headaches and migraines for over a month now, they range from mild to sever on many occasions what should i take? i've been taking migril but it makes my nausea even worse]

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraine therapies: Migril is a combination of three items designed to stop headaches, but will NOT prevent these, and appears not useful for you. A far more productive approach would be prevention and we have numerous effective approaches. OTC use of riboflavin, magnesium, butterbur, feverfew, or CoQ-10? Prescriptions of the newer CRGP items, or other choices? Perhaps a neurological consult at this point?
