Inflammation: Inflammation in the eustachian canal (connects inner ear with nasopharynx) can result in the trapping of liquid in the inner ear resulting in the pressure and hearing difficulties. Try a decongestant and nasal saline washes to help clear the "fullness". If you develop a fever or pain in the ear, see a Dr as that may indicate that you have an infection.
