I popped my blood vessel in my eye from loosing my grip on a copper pipe and it popped, is it safe to continue to wear my contacts or should i wait to put them back in until the vessel is healed?

Ok if not infected: A red eye should not stop you from wearing contacts, but if there is infection in that eye, thus could be painful and harmful.
