? sinusitis: If we can exclude COVID-19 (but please get tested), would be suspicious for sinus infection, standard URI, or even strep throat. Your regular doctor can sort this out, and provide appropriate therapeutic suggestions.

COVID 19 testing?: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help symptoms. If NSAIDS are used consider Naprosyn. Consider use of Vitamins C, D, B complex & zinc. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion. seek COVID 19 testing
