Cold medications: The symptoms you report could be a viral upper respiratory infection. Acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help with headache and sore throat, as well as any fever. Mucinex-D can help with the nasal congestion and thin mucus to help clear it out. You can also use Afrin (oxymetazoline) nasal spray to help open up the nose, but do not use it for more than 2-3 days (can cause rebound congestion).
