See a DR.: Testicular pain in the scrotum is worth investigating. It could be something as simple as a varicocele or as serious as torsion or a tumor. Have your PCP do a complete physical exam and check your scrotum. They may send you for imaging and other tests to determine what the problem is. Avoid squeezing or manipulating this area too much as it can cause irritation.

Support: If there is no swelling wear a support type underwear. If not better after few weeks see urologist. If swelling or lump see Urologist ASAP
