Genital ulcers: It is difficult to understand how mis-inserting a catheter into the vagina could cause ulcers or pain. The problem may not have been caused by the catheter. The most common cause of painful genital ulcers is genital herpes; also other viral infections; severe yeast infection; allergic reaction, e.g. a vaginal hygine product. See a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
