Tooth pain : You can best manage the pain by calling a dentist. The question is why do you have pain. Trying the manage it at home can be a health risk for your teeth, gums brain, and heart

NSAIDs: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug will ease the pain somewhat for a very short time until you can see a dentist. These issues cannot be treated with meds alone. The pain will only increase as time passes.

You can't: Probable cause of toothache is abscess/infection. There are no homeopaths, saves, politics, OTC's, meditation, or mouth washes that will cure the infection. Nsaids may slightly dull the pain, but not cure the infection. It will continue to worsen, and you will be tempted to take toxic doses of the OTC. You can't fix this yourself. Get professional help. See a Dentist.
