A member asked:

Got headache and fatigue after the 1st dose of moderna covid19 vaccine. does this mean i'll have more/stronger side effects when i get the second dose or just another headache/fatigue again?

Perhaps: Truly, would expect some reaction as the goal of the vaccine is to create an antibody protective reaction. Typically, the effect is more potent with the booster dose. Not unique to have injection site pain, diffuse joint/ muscle aching, fatigue, headache, low grade temp, over 2-3 day period after the dose. I fully believe it is worth it!

COVID 19 vaccine: Possibly. I had a mild reaction to the first Moderna vaccination and no reaction to the second vaccine. However, more people are reporting side effects after second dose. REF: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/Moderna.html
