I went for a blood checkup there he took blood through fingerprick using lancet and the thing is i didn't noticed whether they used new lancet or not but i saw him discarding after using me, but still i'm panicked is there any chance to get infection?

Sterile technique ?: Your biggest risk of infection comes from germs at the site of the blood draw. If the technician prepared the site with a sanitizing wipe & tossed the lancet you can assume the protocol was proper. Lancets are cheep & there is no pressure to re-use them. I would not lose sleep over the issue.
