Crystals : How does any test apply to me? To answer that it should be understood that test results are taken into account with the things the patients, say, the examination, lab tests, and all other diagnostic tests.. They can result from normal metabolism or a urinary tract stone

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, to avoid crystal formation, drink enough water, daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
