No: The vast majority, if not all penis growth occurs during puberty (typically 14-19 yo in USA). A study regarding zinc deficiency from Egypt many years ago, noted increased length with replacement, but this has not been recommended as a treatment and the hyped penile lengthening products, have no scientific recognition.
