That ship has : sailed if you're really 36. Once you've hit Tanner Stage V of puberty, that's about the size of it. If you are concerned that you may have a micropenis or hypogonadism, see your doctor for evaluation & referral to a pediatric endocrinologist if you're < 18 or an adult endocrinologist if you're 18 or > for evaluation for genetic & other medical causes.
