Is it possible to have folliculitis without heads on them like pimples? the bumps are in pubic area and every doctor except one said folliculitis and one said genital warts. how could these two things be confused for the other?

Genital warts: Both can occur in the pubic area, but warts have a cauliflower type texture versus folliculitis (which doesn't necessarily have heads). Consult a dermatologist who should easily differentiate the 2 conditions and also advise appropriate treatment.
