Not TSH: The iodine in contrast media may affect T4 and T3 levels but TSH should not be affected. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Hi! I got lab work from my doctor. Both the T4 Total (7.0) and Free T4 (1.5) I think are normal. TSH is 0.47 and T3 is 73, which I think are both low--should I see an endocrinologist with these results? Do I need CT or MRI to check anything further?
