Diarrhea : It is difficult to answer without more information. After having diarrhea people get intolerant to dairy and other foods. It takes about three weeks to recover.

See below: You may try Imodium or Pepto Bismol. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. If that does not settle the issue in a day or two, you may consult a doctor by phone. Wish you good health!
