Gastroenteritis: There are dozens of potential causes for this. The main factor immediately would be to have your dehydration corrected, and if you are continuously vomiting this may have to be done intravenously. For a diagnosis of the cause of the gastroenteritis you will need to be examined and the stool analyzed. Sorry you are so ill and hope this will clear up soon.
