Gastroenteritis: Fever, nausea, diarrhea x ~24 hrs. Most likely “stomach virus” (Norovirus most common) but could be any one of many bacterial or viral infections. Important to keep hydrated (room temperature Pedialyte, Gatorade, Powerade, etc). Should go away 24-48 hrs. If not, need to see a doctor

Symptoms: This is likely a viral gastroenteritis but COVID 19 is also a possibility. COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills & muscle aches. Consider medical assessment and testing.
