Diarrhea with fever: This should be evaluated properly: the combination of diarrhea WITH a fever means it could be more than just 'Traveler's diarrhea'. I would check too if there's any blood in the stool, which could be a sign of an invasive germ. I would try to maintain hydration now - as you'll lose fluids from both the diarrhea and the fever. Hope you can be seen by a medical professional ASAP.
