Eat more carbs: If you are a vegetarian, and you can't gain weight, you can try eating more carbs. Breads, pastas, polenta, rice, etc, will help you gain weight. I'm not sure that the coma a year ago plays into your weight situation but if you had a head injury, you need to have someone help you heal it so that you can feel as good as possible.
