Test: A first morning urine should contain an adequate concentration of hormones made by the placental mass to turn a pregnancy test positive. In my country these are available over the counter in many convenience stores or any pharmacy & rather cheep. They are more likely falsely negative in early pregnancy than false positive. If positive, start prenatal care.
