Found small lumps on either side of my scrotum. they do not appear to be on the testes, but i am very worried as my family has a history of cancer - my dad has had non-hodgkin lymphoma and my elder brother passed away 4 years ago from colon cancer.

Bumps: As you realize an in-person examination is needed to understand this well. There are lymph nodes in the inguinal region are very common, and when small (less than 2cm) are most often not concerning at all.

Per a CT Scan of the abdomen and pelvis, this is what it said. Diverticulosis of the sigmoid colon with mild wall thickening in the midportion, likely muscular hypertrophy. Mild diverticulitis less likely. Should I be worried about colon cancer?
