Abdominal fullness: Many things can cause abdominal fullness. Hormones in women are the most common, but there are many others: Specific foods (legumes, beans, cruciferous vegetables), Lactose/gluten intolerance, eating/drinking too fast, eating large meals, Irritable bowel syndrome, high salt diet, artificial sweeteners, carbonated drinks, certain meds.
