Hi there , been struggling for a while now with swallon bumps under my armpit - not sure if its spider bites or what it can be - but it is swallon and red - after a while it goes open and infectious stuff comes out - its been painful?

Agree with Dr. R: You appear to have axillary lymphadenitis or hidradenitis. In either case, these require an in person evaluation and may need a long course of antibiotics and/or drainage. Wish you good health!
