Ct of abdomen in february last year. noted: small hypoattenutating hepatic cysts too small to characterize, statistically likely hepatic cysts. dr not worried. in january after antibiotics and diflucan my alt is 50 from 20 in oct. please help scared?

Recheck LFTs: Mild elevation of liver enzymes are common, so I would not be too concerned. A repeat blood test to recheck the liver enzymes is the best thing to do. If there is any further concern, CT scan of the abdomen could be repeated but it will depend on why the first CT scan was done one year back. Do you have history of Cancer in the abdomen? Please provide details of your past medical history.
