Best way to get swollen bruises cure?

R.I.C.E: The above acronym stands for Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation. Some of these may depend on the location of the bruises. Sometimes, anti-inflamatory medications (ie. ibuprofen) can also be helpful early on, however, all medications can have some side effects that may be unwanted, so I try to limit their usage to times when I feel it is helpful for pain relief.
