4 days ago, a metal clipboard fell on my toe its still slightly swollen, bruised & starting to get itchy w/ limited bending pain w/ prolonged standing

Clipboard: As long as there was no break in the skin and the toe did not change in position this sounds normal. It may take up to 4 weeks for the swelling to resolve. If symptoms continue after 4 weeks seek medical attention.
