See your doctor: Eczema is a long-term chronic condition with periods when it gets worse, gets better, gets worse, etc, etc. Mild flare-ups usually respond to a topical steroid cream you can buy in a drug store, but over the long term the steroids can do more harm than good. You need to be under the care of a Dermatologist, especially for long-term management
