Unlikely: Antibiotics enter the serum & move to tissues where they do their work against germs. The immune system is a totally separate pathway derived from information shared with immune cells that encode the information & begin making antibodies. Neither bacteria that transiently enter the body or antibiotics have a direct impact on the immune system function.
