Will antibiotics or a bacteria infection interfere with the effectiveness of the pfizer covid-19 vaccine? i was vaccinated on 1/30 but went on azithromycin and cefixime on 2/4 from urethritis contracted on 1/23. second shot is 2/20. should i delay?

No interference: No bacterial infection (certainly none that cause urethritis) is likely to interfere with any vaccine, including COVID; and neither do these or any other antibiotics. You should have your second vaccine dose on schedule.

Unlikely: Antibiotics enter the serum & move to tissues where they do their work against germs. The immune system is a totally separate pathway derived from information shared with immune cells that encode the information & begin making antibodies. Neither bacteria that transiently enter the body or antibiotics have a direct impact on the immune system function.
