Covid 19: Have you been tested for Covid? Covid 19 symptoms are very similar to a regular cold. In many people it can be mild. Symptoms such as cough, nasal congestion, headache, sore throat etc can be Covid. Self-isolate, get tested on days 4-6 after symptoms start, and treat symptoms with over the counter meds: Acetaminophen for fever/headache/body aches, cough suppressant for cough.

Honey can help: Agree with other responses. Honey can help calm many coughs, & if you have lots of post nasal drainage an antihistamine can also help. Zinc (Zicam or generic equivalent) helps slow replication of virus so can help some colds & possibly also Covid If you get short of breath see Dr or go to ER
