A member asked:

I was 11 when i got my period and it is still always a least a week late. is it normal for my period to be irregular even though i got it 5 years ago? also is there something i can do without medicating to make it regular?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Periods can vary: The number of days between menstrual periods can vary between 21 days to 35 days. It may not be the same number of days every month. On some months, it may come earlier, on other months later.
