Lumps and bumps: Vaginal boils are pus filled inflamed bumps, painful bacterial infection in the impacted hair follicle under the skin. It can be cyst filled with fluid , inclusion or sebaceous . Bartholin gland cysts are also at the entry, painless and mostly self resolving. Syphilis and genital herpes can present as one or more small, painless bumps. Please go to the gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
