Scar: Typically, an ulcer like lesion on the penis is indicative of an STD. Some STD's can be transmitted via oral sex, even without intercourse. Talk to your Dr for a full exam and culture. Other possibilities: scarring from folliculitis, abscess or ingrown hair. Some laser therapy may remove the scarring.
