Seek an answer: First visit with your general doctor, and get basic urine screening studies. Maybe best to see a urologist

Concerning: Your symptoms are concerning for nerve damage resulting in a neurogenic bladder. You may become incontinent anytime now and that’s why is important to have it addressed timely. Starting with your primary care doc will be best, if established with a neurologist or urologist starting with them will make most sense.
