Chancroid untreated : Untreated chancroid if untreated can result in painful ulceration and scarring of the genital area. Donovanosis is also treatable with antibiotics but should be treated as soon as detected. See a gyn physician for accurate diagnosis via exam and cultures for both these illnesses, which are considered STD's.
