Need more info: If the child is more than two year-old, you may try Pepto Bismol. Make sure that she is hydrated, you may give her Pedialyte. If that does not resolve the issue, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you and your daughter good health!

Diarrhoea in a child: Viral diarrhoea is common in. Children and usually resolves in 2-3 days. If child can rest, replenish lost water and electolytes, no medicine is needed. Helpful foods are banana, rice, applesauce, toast, potatoes, smooth peanut butter, skinless chicken soup and broth selecting age appropriate. Go to doctor definitely if lasts >2 days, bloody stools, abdominal cramping, fever, vomiting or dry mouth
