Magic Eraser: she is most likely having a reaction to the rubbing her skin. Magic Eraser is a nontoxic pad. I would wash the area well. If you have some aloe Vera with lidocaine put that on it. It can be bought at Walmart in the sunburn products, that will soothe it. Ibuprofen will also help
