I began taking 125mg of vancomycin last week for c.diff. it seems to be working well except i noticed i feel fatigued more often than not. i noticed my muscles get tired quickly. what can that mean?

Chronic infection: Vancomycin is indeed a potent antibiotic, and could cause adverse effects, but a chronic infection could also cause fatigue and affect level of stamina. This may be tough to sort out, and encourage followup with the managing doctors who know you best. You might want to check muscle enzymes and strength just to be complete.
